Butterfield reunion

As our last hurrah before school starts we had the Butterfield reunion. We all stayed at a beautiful house in Orderville, UT and had a blast. We went hiking in Zion, fishing at Navajo lake, and spent lots of time together having fun. Here are some pictures of our weekend in no particular order. 

Jay complained that I don't post enough so he asked me to take some pictures and blog about our day. We have been having a nice relaxing summer. Today we  went swimming at a friend's and then had a picnic at a splash park.  We relaxed the rest of the afternoon and watched a fun movie when chad got home from work. We love summer days like this and we're sad that school starts in a couple of weeks! 

Vacation part 2

We left UT with my parents and drove with them home to AZ. We spent a week and a half there. We played a ton with Lacy and her kids, played with gwenny's dog Paco, and visited a few relatives. My kids love roaming the countryside and playing in the river at my parents. I'm glad they get to experience the same fun I did as a kid. We also got to see my Grandma Foote who is not doing so good. She's had a couple of strokes and didn't even remember me this time. I'm glad my kids got to see her even if they were afraid of her :) We had a fun filled 3 weeks but are glad to finally be home. We can't wait to do it again next year!

Summer vacation part 1

We spent the first half of our vacation in UT. Jay did a golf camp with Milo and Amy and loved it.  We played with Staci and her kids nearly everyday. We met up with Whitney and Ethan for a day in Salt Lake and saw Temple Square and rode the Trax. Kyle and Jeff kept the kids laughing and grandma and grandpa spoiled us with good food and lots of fun. Chad came on the weekend for the Lines reunion. We all went to lagoon for the day and had a blast. We don't get all of us together often enough.
