I had a good laugh when I received this research assignment today. This is a direct quote:

"Please determine under Nevada law whether it is illegal to marry your cousin. No, really, that's what we need to confirm."

In case any of you are wondering, it is illegal to marry your cousin, but you can marry your second or half cousin without a problem.
